【試作】「岐阜県」鶏ちゃん[Gifu~Keichan~]

「鶏ちゃん」は、下呂市などの南飛騨や、郡上市をはじめとする奥美濃で親しまれているご当地グルメです。

鶏肉を味噌・しょうゆのタレに漬け込み、キャベツなどと一緒に焼いて食べます。

ご飯はもちろんのこと、ビールにもよく合いますので、ランチでもディナーでも提供可能できるメニューです。

焼きそばを入れると、お腹も満たされますよ。

Keichan is a local gourmet that is popular in Minami-Hida, such as Gero City, and in Okino, including Gujo City.
