【試作】「フランス」春キャベツのコンソメスープ[France~Spring cabbage consommé soup~]

フランス料理の1つであるコンソメスープ。

今回は、コンソメスープに春キャベツをふんだんに使用。

ウインナー、ベーコン、にんじん、じゃがいもを加えることで、野菜の甘味があふれ出たスープに仕上げました。

ばとんでは、メインメニューに合わせて具だくさんのスープを提供する予定です。

Consomme soup, one of the French dishes.

This time, we used plenty of spring cabbage for the consommé soup.

By adding wiener, bacon, carrots and potatoes, we finished the soup with the sweetness of vegetables.

Baton will offer a lot of soups to match the main menu.
