【試作】「兵庫県」かつめし[Hyogo~Katumeshi~(Katsu rice)]

兵庫県加古川市の郷土料理であるかつめし(カツライス)。

お箸で食べる洋食をコンセプトとして創作された料理です。

とんかつにかけられたドミグラスソースと、口直しに食べられる茹でキャベツが添えられています。

お子様でも食がすすむメニューとなっています。
