【試作】「長崎県」トルコライス[Nagasaki~Turkish rice~]

長崎県は、チャンポンや皿うどんのイメージが強いですが、実はトルコライスでも有名です。

トルコライスは、ワンプレートにトンカツ、カレーピラフ、スパゲティをのせたもの。

今回の試作では、粗目の生パン粉を使用したトンカツと、オリジナルミートソースを使ったパスタ、ハーブを使ったチキンを添えました。

トンカツの下にはバジル風味のライスを敷いているため、ペロリと完食できるでしょう。

Nagasaki has a strong image of champong and dish udon, but it is also famous for Turkish rice.

Turkish rice has tonkatsu, curry pilaf, and spaghetti on one plate.

In this prototype, we added tonkatsu using coarse raw breadcrumbs, pasta using original meat sauce, and chicken using herbs.

Basil-flavored rice is spread beneath the tonkatsu, so you’ll be able to eat it.
