【試作】「北海道」カレーラーメン[Hokkaido~Curry ramen~]

北海道室蘭市のご当地グルメのカレーラーメン。

カレーうどんの出汁とは違い、鶏ガラだしなどを使ってラーメンに合うスープに仕上げました。

青森県産にんにくで炒めた牛肉の風味が最高です。

試作で使用したちぢれ麺は、カレースープとよく絡みます。

スープは辛くありませんので、辛さが苦手な方でも安心です。

A local gourmet curry ramen from Muroran, Hokkaido.

Unlike soup of curry udon, we finished chicken soup with chicken dashi to fit ramen.

The flavor of beef fried with Aomori garlic is the best.

The noodles used in the prototype are often entangled with curry soup.

The soup is not spicy, so even those who don’t like spicy are safe.
